Andy Brooks – Business owner

Andy has 30 years experience in design and delivery of physical security solutions, vehicle and parking management systems for government, educational, healthcare, transportation, petrochem, utilities, financial and commercial organisations in the UK and is an accredited Professional Security Manager by TUV Rheinland. A registered independent security consultant member of the Association of Security Consultants, National Association of Healthcare Security and Scottish Business Resilience Centre. Also, author ofCCTV for Parking Facilities published by the British Parking Association.Andy is responsible for marketing, business development and customer relationship management of TeleVigil Associate services and is provides consultancy services which include audits of CCTV ,Video Surveillance and Security Systems.

Steve Scholefield – Associate

Steve has over 35 years experience in the Physical Security sector and is highly experienced in the design and selection of product for systems. Steve has previously worked for respected security installation companies and run his own successfull installation business for 20 years and has a good balance between technical knowledge and hands on experience with good commercial and contractual awareness. Steve is a member of the ASC and provides independant technical expertise including Project management and delivers the Compliance Plus service in North of England.

Warren Collins – Associate

Warren has over 25 years’ experience in the electronic security industry including service with CNL software, Maxxess, Nedap and ADT. Warren is a Director of the Association of Security Consultants (ASC), is an AXIS Certified Professional and trains regularly on the technical aspects of CCTV over IP, access control, integration and PSIM software solutions. As a consultant and Director of the ASC he has advised on multiple global projects on all technical aspects including tender creation, selection committees, overall system design and deployment.

Aidan Gibson – Associate

Aidan a retired senior police officer with the Metropolitan Police, has extensive experience and responsibility for mitigating risk by managing threat and vulnerability during the highest profile and most sensitive events, including, Trooping the Colour, Cenotaph, State Visits, Multiple Government Conferences (Supporting Syria, Anti-Corruption, Duggan Inquest) London 2012 Olympics and Para – Olympics, RWC15, Euro 2016, London 2017. Aidan is currently acting as a protective security consultant across a number of organisations, including corporate, educational and sporting. Identifying risks to people, buildings and reputations, including reviewing policies and protocols for each of the sites, giving advice around counter terrorism threats, attack methodologies and mitigation as well as crime prevention and emergency planning.

Colin J. Dickson, MSyI (Cert). AloL. MBll. Licencing Standards Officer – Paralegal – Associate

Colin is a member of the Security Institute with a distinction pass in their presigious Certificate in Security Management specialising in the protection of corporate assets and retail security. Colin, a retired Police Officer with 30 years service effectively projectmanaging the crime and anti-social behaviour strategies, including advising on the introduction of (PSS) CCTV into the communities in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Colin provides Training and the Compliance Plus service in Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England.
